This game's sound effects used to creep me out when I was younger - especially the sound that played when you lost your life.

The game actually got away with a swastika in the seventh world. I think it actually made its way into the international release of Namco Museum Volume 3 (see here if you don't believe me: cdn.wikimg.net/strategywiki/im…
